You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant operator or agency. Prices displayed are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Cancellation policies vary by listing and are set by individual operators.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sailbe acts as an intermediary platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sailbe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any bookings made through it.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Sailbe platform are owned by or licensed to Sailbe. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
